Debanter: 5 reasons why your twitter autoresponder sucks

  • JB · 10 months ago
I set an Autorespose with a twitter tool some time aga - now I can't find how to turn it off. Found your post here searching for how to turn it off (when you can't remember which tool you used to set it up!) Any ideas?

JB Same her I cant turn off my auto-responder their has to be a way to find it but all twitter applications look alike
  • JohnBlackmore · 9 months ago
on the basis that any application needs your twitter password surely the easiest way to deal with this would be to change your password?

Rachel, what are your thoughts on autoresponders that act only on keywords? I'm thinking of giving away free ebooks but I have no intention of spamming everyone who follows me, just if they DM me with a trigger keyword. Would appreciate your feedback.

Same thing happened to me, I set up an auto-response for new followers back in the day and now can't remember what service I used. I've tried all the popular ones (TweetLater, etc.) and none are correct. Maxpro you're right, they all look the same!

Gonna try to change my Twitter password -- what a brilliant idea!

You seem to have encountered all the stuff using your twitter right? I also don't like being served with spam links, I had to unfollow plenty of users that I followed initially!
