I have one of the monrovia parrots the red crowned one, He is injured(broked wing). He is eating and walking around the cage, but is aggresive when we clean ,feed and get to close to the cage. Is there any orginization that can help me . I just want him to be healthy and happy. He appears to be full grown is totally quiet most of the day. Thank you,

it really can talk? im just curious.i had one before, and it cant talk. then my mom move it to my auntie. i wish hes OK.
